Rekindling passion

You will need:
One whole fresh oyster (available from a good fishmonger’s)
Half a teaspoon of dried cinnamon
Half a teaspoon of dried mint
12 inches of red ribbon

Oysters are said to have aphrodisiac qualities, but using them in magic makes this effect even stronger. Open the shell and remove the insides (it’s OK if the shell splits into two halves). Wash each half of the shell thoroughly with washing-up liquid, and rinse. Mix together the dried cinnamon and mint, and place this on one half of the shell. Fit the other half of the shell on top. Bind them together with the ribbon and recite:

‘Bodies entwined,
Pleasure is mine.
My words he will hear,
Loud and clear.’

Then pop the oyster under his pillow and get set to sizzle!

Finding Mr Right

You will need:
A few sprigs of catnip (available from pet shops)
Half a teacup of whisky
One pink carnation
One teaspoon of sugar

This concoction has the power to magically attract a soulmate. First, you’ll need to mix together the catnip sprigs and the whisky in a bowl. Add the petals from the carnation and the sugar. Stir well. Place the bowl in your bedroom, somewhere it won’t be disturbed, until the next full moon. On the first Friday after the full moon, strain your mixture and sprinkle the liquid on your doorstep. Mr Right will be just days away!
