Deciding whether to have children

You will need:
Two tablespoons of almond oil
Three drops of sandalwood essential oil
Three drops of cinnamon or rose essential oil
Three drops of pine or geranium essential oil

On a full moon, mix the oils together in a small dish. Massage each other with the oils, but don’t go any further. Sleep in each other’s arms and try to remember your dreams. The next morning, describe your dreams and your feelings during the massage. This should help you to make your decision.

Getting pregnant

You will need:
A basil plant
Red ribbon
Two red candles

Basil is believed to possess magical properties and increase the chances of conception. Carefully snip off a little bunch from your plant and tie the red ribbon in a bow round the stems, making a bouquet. Hang the basil over your bed and light the red candles. Be sure to make love that night. When the basil starts to wilt, replace it with a fresh bunch, to keep your fertility tip-top.
