Try this I did this and 4 days later received an offer on my house.

Mix together

One level teaspoon salt, 12 pinches dried sage, 10 drops of lavender, put in a saucepan with half a pint of water.  Heat, but do not boil, as this potion heats up say,

"with powers bestowed, my luck will grow, with effortless ease, my home they will see, magical movement will shine upon me, swift my transition, so mote it be."

let the potion cool and submerge your hands into the liquid, the go around the house shaking the droplets from your fingertips, with each sprinkling say,

"this home will sell soon".

use the potion every day till it runs out.

I had to join and tell you about this spell...i read it on here about the sage and lavender and sprinkling it daily around the rooms and saying "this house will sell soon".... house went on the market the week before christmas...less than three weeks later, came my first viewers and an offer two days later!....i had also,  for the  "law of attraction" took the ten of pentacles tarot card and placed it on my bedroom dresser, and bought myself a "good luck in your new home" card, wrote it out to ME and put that next to it so they were the first things i saw in the morning to "will me" into moving into a new home....try it...you wont be disappointed!
