Psychic help

Hi there,

I've just been in Jan 2010 issue after having a psychic reading with Sally Morgan. Her and another psychic have both told me I could do what they do.. and although I have many meditation skillset books etc.. I have no idea how to go about opening myself up.

I went to an open circle, but this wasn't for me as the people were more developed psychic/mediums and I have never spoken to spirit.. although i have astral travelled, sensed things and seen the odd spirit and had premonitions.

Can anyone advise me, or any psychics reading this asssit me in any way?
