Mind Body Spirit event Mansfield Nottingham

Hi all

Theres an excellent mind body spirit event at Mansfield civic centre on the 11 and 12 october post code for sat nav is NG19 7BH admission is £3 or two day pass £5. It starts at 10am and finishes at 6pm. There is lots to see and do and there are talks and workshops both days. I have been going to this  event  for the past five years and have always enjoyed it. Theres an excellent book stall called the majik thread which cater for all spiritual needs.
