HI All

Anyone ever heard of the Metamorphic Technique?  I watched a demo of it many years ago but have never heard of it again.  There was a book available as well but I can't remember the name of the author who was the same person who did the demo. Don't know her first name, but I think she had a hyphenated surname, don't know how you spell it either but it's something like Kuternek-Lewis not a lot of help I know but someone may have heard of it.  As far as I recall you work on someone's hands, feet and head.  You hold the person's hand and with your thumb make small circular movements down the outside of the thumb to just about and inch or so up the wrist, you do the same with the other hand then work down the outside of the big toes to about an inch above the ankle bones.  I've forgotten where you start from for the head.  If anyone can help me out I'd be grateful.

Thanks

Rozanna

Metamorphic technique

Hi, Rozanna the Metamorphic technique is a simple approach to self healing and personal development.  A session involves removing shoes and may either sit or lie down.  The practitioner uses a light touch on the spinal reflex points feet, hands and head.  They do not diagnose or treat medical problems but allow people the free will to follow their own path and help them to find enlightenment . This technique is supposed to help people feel relaxed and optimistic. There is a book by Gaston St. Pierre about this subject. Hope this is helpful.
