Confused bot the afterlife

I have just finished reading sally morgans-healing spirits, n im confused slightly. wen we pass ova our we move 2 'heaven', and cn visit earth n visit other people on earth. well wot about wen we our soul goes into another body? how cn spirits still contact loved ones and be on earth as another human (reincarcinated)? im confused lol xxxdanixxx
