any idea what this was/is

Its nothing too spooky but just a bit strange. I was lying in my bed last night and I got this sensation just about where my third eye would be. I have had this feeling many times but this time it was really really strong when I closed my eyes as I have said before I never see anything but this time it was like strange shapes floating in and out of my vision mostly greys and silvers and some blue and the sensation in my third eye area stayed all the time. This lasted for a few minutes and then stopped.
What do you think.

Hello Liz
Sounds as though you ae picking up through your third eye spiritual energies that are appearing to you in colours. It is the begining of psychic development, I get this too and I get shapes and images, sometimes complete picture scenes. It happens at bedtime, because you are relaxing and not thinking about anything.
